Polypropylene pipes and fittings for inner sewerage systems

Sewerage systems, which serve small size buildings (single-unit dwellings, lodges) as well as multi-storey complex and multilevel buildings, can be entirely erected from polypropylene pipes with bell-and-spigot joints and fittings to them.

Such sewerage withstands short-term rise in drain temperature up to 95˚C, which allows to use it with high degree of reliability in the presence of washers, dishwashers and other engines in building (in compliance with standard ISO 3633).

The complete set of pipes and fittings 50 and 110 mm in diameter ensures infinite possibilities of installation of internal communications and flow pipes to sanitary ware devices. Rubber gasket rings with special plastic brasses permit to rig pressure-tight and safe joints with little efforts.

Polypropylene, sewerage material, is resistant to mechanical loads and corrosive medium influence.

In comparison with pipes made of polyvinylchloride and polyethylene pipes made of PP possess the enhanced thermal stability, and comparing with steel and iron pipes – chemical durability and light weight.

The usage of polypropylene pipes is based on the following factors:

o Ease of mounting;

o There is no need for particular facilities and instruments;

o High speed of assembly;

o Nonresponsiveness with some chemical substances, which are usually present in sewage water;

o Minimal pressure losses, and also lack of deposits and bacterial flora, owing to internal surface features;

o High electro insulating properties of the material;

o Simplicity in conveyance and storage, owing to small size of articles;

o Pipes are not prone to corrosion.

The life cycle of PP pipes within 50 years. In order the pipe manifold to be of high quality, it is necessary to direct its construction and mounting by specialists, who have sufficient qualification for the implementation of the operations of such kind. OJSC “Borisov Plastic Products Plant” guarantees high processing and performance characteristics of output goods, on the assumption of qualitative sewerage systems construction and mounting.
